Led by Chief Tim Smith, the Vincennes Township Fire Department leadership help ensure the smooth operation of all emergency incidents while commanding 11 full-time firefighters and up to 50 volunteers across four stations.

The department’s leadership consists of one Chief, one Deputy Chief, 2 Assistant Chiefs, 9 Captains, 13 Team Lieutenants, 1 Division Lieutenants, and 1 Dive Team Officer.  These members are highly trained professionals that ensure the mission of the organization is met daily.

We appreciate their passion and dedication to the Vincennes Township Fire Department, the community of Vincennes, and surrounding jurisdictions in and around Knox County.
