We want to congratulate Chief Smith on his recent appointment by Governor Eric Holcomb as one of the newest members of the States Board of Firefighting Personnel Standards and Education. Chief Smith will serve on the Board until October 2024. Chief Smith has been an advocate and promoted training requirements his entire career and will now add his expertise at a state level.
